Blunt Force Tramatic Impact Fall from a Horse.
I had a fall from a horse and was told by the ER to follow up with my doctor the next day. Daynes was my doctor, and is no longer my doctor. I thought the first time I saw him that he was a good doctor. Long story short I had several broken ribs, and 3 fractures in my shoulder one of which he did not see. He told me due to my age it was unlikely I had tears as well. I knew something was wrong so I got a second oppinion. Well I have plenty more wrong! 'In summary, your shoulder evaluation reveals a constellation of findings including tendon tears, muscular edema related to adjacent bone healing, fractures in various stages of healing, labral variations and tears, intact cartilage, normal biceps tendon, and minor bursitis. These findings collectively inform your shoulder's current status and guide further management strategies.' He does not listen tries to push Narcos (even when it makes you sick and vomiting on broken ribs) and does not listen!

Dr. Daynes spent time with us while we tried to decide if surgery was the best choice for our daughter that tore her ACL. He explained the benefits and side affects. He was not pushy but caring and helpful. We chose him to perform the surgery and he did very well. I give Jake my full recommendation. I trust him completely. That is why I will put my name on this site. I would be happy to answer any questions about our experience.

We have visited several Ortho's over the years due to sport injuries for teens and adults. Dr. Daynes has been one of the best we have gone to. He knows who you are, you aren't just a number, he has been accurate in all of the diagnosis that he has given us and we have had several surgeries with him also, all of which cured the symptoms and allowed us to continue with our activities. Cassie is a great follow up physician and knows how to help. Thank you.

Dr.Daynes is my favorite, he is very educated in his field. Had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and a couple of steroid injections. He was very professional and knows how to do beautiful stitches. He's kind of funny too!

Was told my issue was not one that should have issues I was having and SSD would never approve, told me to go to another location even though that doctor would not see me due to no insurance. Thank Godhe was wrong was approved for SSD but still left unable to breathe, swallow, and control pain. Utah is so wrapped up in pain control in state true people can't get help from doctors make sure you have insurance or you have to suffer. Thanks for nothing and not all bodies are the same. No heart dr!

Dr. Daynes did not have compassion. He was quick to make assumptions and would not work with me or budge on options with my condition. I felt discouraged after my appointments with him. After 2 office visits and 6 weeks of physical therapy the opinion feels like, Oh well you will just have to live with it.

Went in July 2015 for chronic shoulder pain . He examined thoroughly explained my condition in terms I understood. We tried an injection, then PT/ when that did not help we did an MRI and found I had 2 tears, bone spurs damage on my AC joint. Scheduled surgery for December 2015. 2 different times I had questions, he personally called me and took the time necessary to ease my mind. Surgery was a success. Still Rehabbing of course. BEST IN TOOELE !! CARING PATIENT
