Dr. Waido is amazing. We have been seeing her with our daughter for the last 3 years. She is up to date on the latest science and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. My daughter has been talking about how she wants to grow to be a doctor like her.

If you practice gentle parenting or do not believe in cry it out, I would not recommend this doctor. She is very judgmental. She should remember her job is to make sure our children are medically healthy, not to force her parenting style on others. One size does not fit all. Sometimes we have to adapt to our children, and she can not know that from the 5 minutes she spends with them.
