I have been very happy with Dr. Tolentino as I have had many things to work on and correct upon going to her. I feel safe knowing I have a knowledgeable reliable Physician to depend on.

She was wonderful and very attentive! Very knowledgeable! Very quick service and office visit!

My first visit was amazing! They checked everything and Dr. Tolentino was very welcoming, all the staff was! The nurse in the room, Ana was very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Even the woman that helped with with my co-pay, LouLou, was very professional, patient, and sweet! I'm just so impressed by the staff and level of care at Elite Health, I'm a customer for life now (or as long as I have insurance!!) :)

Dr. Tolentino is very attentive to every detail of health. My husband and I have never been as healthy or felt this good! She makes sure our blood work is good and adjusts medications accordingly. Not only is Dr. Tolentino a great doctor, she is a great person. She is always available to her patients, answering texts late at night and asking how we are feeling. And, she puts up with my husband!! I would highly recommend everyone I know to go see Dr. Tolentino!!

I have to say this is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. Dr.Tolentino is amazing inside and out she gets down to the bottom of things and has great bedside manners. Besides that she is down to earth loving and makes you feel as if she were caring for her own family when treating you. I would trust her with my child, mother, father, sister, etc. Hands down she's one in a million. I recommend and refer everyone in need of a doctor and the care that we all deserve to Dr.T. I adore Dr Tolentino. I have been a patient since February 2015 and love her beside manners. She listens to you and takes as much time you need. She follows through with blood work and all tests. She even texts you back if you text her a question about your visit. I was referred by the Elite office in Plantation and I feel lucky to have her as my doctor. Her assistant Jennie is also a wonderful person. She is very sweet like Dr. Tolentino and they work great together. I highly recommend Dr. T.
