Not recommended
Dr. Pulwers does not follow-up as promised. He was to get PT started for his patient. He dropped the ball. It's either his memory or disorganization. I'm not sure which. He is arrogant and uncaring, as well. His appearance is sloppy and unprofessional. When you call the office it takes days for a return call, if you're lucky. You may not ever get a returned call having to call every day for a week. The patient shouldn't be forced to do this. It causes unnecessary frustration. That is why he has lost trust and will no longer be a choice of a patient that saw him regularly keeping his appointments and paying for his services. Not recommended for anyone that deserves quality medical care.

Dr. Jack is a great doctor. He is kind, thorough and understanding. Interlachen, FL is a very rural area and to have an Azahealth doctor of his caliber is an unexpected privilege and nice surprise. I've seen some complaint reviews and all I can say is "everything is NOT all about you." My husband and I have retired here and considering all that is going on in the world and especially our country we are very happy to have picked this area. Having a grade A doctor is icing on the cake. Technically we live in Palatka but we live right on the border so we consider ourselves Interlachiens(?). My husband is retired USMC and I spent a few years in the USN. Then we worked as DOD contractors. We've been seen by military (enough said) and civilian docs. We were seen by a doctor in Palatka who "fired" my husband as a patient because he missed 2 appts. Both canceled appts we gave plenty of notice ahead of time. My husband was septic (knocking on death's door) in the hospital both times.
