Unresponsive
Although Dr. Naggar is personable and knowledgeable, I found him to be as apt to withhold care as to provide it. Within this past year he failed to communicate about the results of tests (including an upper GI) that he had ordered or to respond to my patient gateway message about next steps. He also refused to call in a prescription while I was in CA asserting that he could not do so because he was not licensed there even after I wrote explaining that the pharmacist had assured me that a CA license was not required for the particular medication. Finally, he refused to prescribe a one-dose prophylactic antibiotic against Lyme disease for a bug bite rash I developed while in CT, even though I sent a photo showing the rash, and instead directed me to go to urgent care. After 30 years in the practice in which my previous doctor (now retired) had always been extraordinarily responsive, I have sought care elsewhere.

BEST PCP YOU CAN HAVE
I feel lucky Dr. Jack is my pcp and my husband's. Polite, patient, good listener, knowledgeable, having the will to help, search for the root cause of complain, communicate, follow up, offer guidance. Long story short he is the best ! Great human and a great doctor. I always remember him in my prayers for his amazing efforts helping me and my husband with all our medical issues with great care.

Dr Naggar is knowledgeable, patient, a great listener and he possesses a terrific sense of humor. His easy manner puts a patient at ease and allows for helpful dialogue. My husband and I both look forward to our annual visits with Dr Naggar.

Dr. Naggar is a great doctor and human being in general. I’ve received excellent care from him over the years. He is always responsive, thorough and genuinely caring. I had an unexpected hospital visit recently and even though specialists were leading my care, Dr. Naggar checked in several times with me, read over my charts/met with my physician team to ensure that I was getting the best care possible. I Highly recommend Dr. Naggar.
