Experienced and effective
Two emergency visits, Dr. Fand was attending doctor there both times, was very effective diagnostics and treatments. He was very patient and considerate as well.

Why do some doctors hide their faces? Seems sketchy to me. Is this the doctor who makes diagnosis and doesn't tell the patient? No wonder why.
