Not a good doctor. I scheduled an appointment due to throat pain. After a long time of waiting, he just looked down my throat and said I was really healthy and that I was good to go. How is that possible when I’m dealing with pain and can see inflammation? I will not come back to him. Plus I think it’s sketchy to only take cash as a form of payment and as I was walking out, he was bragging to his office staff of how fast he was. Seemed like he cared more about money than me as a patient.

Really Unfavorable Appointment
I chose Dr. Cochran because upon research of doctors within my insurance plan, he was given great reviews as you can read upon and below mines. Unfortunately, I didn't have such an experience as they had. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, which makes the force single star review bearable. What I experienced with doctor was impatience and disregard. There was initially no doctor-patient conversation as he was ignoring me and telling me what he felt I had was the problems. It took me forcefully overtalking the man to get him to finally stop and actually hear what I was saying was going on with me. I was able to get two referrals from him, but you guys can throw them away because I'm calling my insurance company to explain what happened and why I don't want to be with a doctor who obviously doesn't want to communicate with me. The experience was so frustrating that I've come on here to leave a public review, which is something I'm trying not to do anymore.

Dr. Cochran is a VERY proactive Doctor unlike many who will just prescribe medications instead of finding out what the issue is. He is also VERY attentive not only to his patient's concerns but especially with regards to their medications. I have completely come off of 9 medications with an additional 3 that were reduced in dosage. I've never met such a caring doctor. I tell everyone about Dr. Cochran to let him be their doctor and so far I know of two people who are seeing him now.
