He saved my son’s life - I’m forever grateful. It was a challenge to diagnose, even after two weeks in the hospital, but Dr. Bisset stuck with it and figured it out.

I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with sepsis from staph infection. The word sepsis scared the life out of me and I worried I wouldn't make it because I didn't know how advanced it was yet. I live 6 hours away from Austin and Dr. Bissett's office but came straight to Austin for treatment. I can say, without an ounce of doubt, Doctor Bissett saved my life. I had concerns about my picc and past business hours I called and the doctor called me himself to answer my questions. Best doctor ever!

I LOVE DR. BISSET!!! Can't say much for his Office Manager who basically called me a liar, when explaining to her I had called to cancel 2 appointments which I was billed $80. The 1st I spoke with the appointment desk, 2nd I called 3 times the day before and left messages, which my cell phone log proves. She told me it was unusual that they wouldn't have made note of my cancellation twice. Basically, l'm a liar. Next time I have to call the office for any reason, I'm recording the phone call.
