Dr. Jack Adcock, DO

My rating would be zero stars if I could. I went to Dr. Adcock for a year and never once had any of my issues taken seriously. I was always just told it was this or it was that. I called today to get my records sent to a diffrent doctor because I wasn't taken seriously at his office and they wanted to charge $25 for my medical records. I am beyond upset at the fact that I paid for a year of services, medical bills, went through surgery, and never got taken seriously just to have to pay another $25 to get MY medical records. New paitents beware! If you choose to be seen by their office it is $25 for your records and $0.50 per page after so many.

Dr. Adcock and Tara were both great, office staff not so great. Business office was horrible on how they do things. Two days before procedure I get a call from Sherry stating they needed six hundred dollars up front before they could do it. No one had said anything about it on y of the visits leading up to it. Very disappointed, still needing the D and C, scope and biopsy. They definitely show the dollar is more important than the patient.

Truly a great physician. Dr Adcock’s professionalism and concern are always part of an appointment. He listens and has a calm manner that reduces anxiety over concerns.

Very kind and gentle doctor. He tries to make you feel comfortable. Takes an interest and not just your medical problems but your personal life. Staff was nice and professional. Did not have wait hardly at all

I haven't met Dr Adcock yet, but from what I understand, he is very kind and generous. His staff however are idiots!!! I've been dealing with a cystic ovary and a fibroid since April because they are more concerned about payment than patient care...and I can self-pay, worry about insurance later. I had an appointment today that I thought was finally going to get this resolved, but they made for a consulting appointment instead of an IUD placement. Had the consultation in April.

Dr. Adcock performed a complete hysterectomy, bladder tie up, cystocele repair, and rectocele repair. I had very little discomfort and he did an excellent job. He is a very compassionate, kind, caring doctor. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. His nurse practitioner, along with all of his staff, is very personable and professional. They make you feel very at ease.

Dr. Adcock is a wonderful doctor. He truly listened to all my problems, diagnosed them, and performed surgery as well. I feel so much better. He truly cares about his patients. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Adcock!

Dr. Adcock sat down and took the time to explain to me my diagnosis and what it meant. He told me, and gave me printed information, on everything I had questions about. He made me feel important. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I had kind of a long wait but it was well worth it because I never once felt rushed once it was my turn to be seen.
