Dr. Jacek Zajac, MD

After my consultation, I felt confident in his knowledge and explanation of treatment. Does not rush and answers all concerns.

Dr. Zajac is very knowledgable and thorough. My complaint is with his out of date messaging, phone system, charting methods. He and his hospital group have NO charting measures. Dupagemedical group has Mychart. You can see appointments, test results, email and MD or nurse. Your MD can schedule blood tests directly with provider and see test results shortly. His office hours are VERY limited. His answering service will not forward questions or concerns you have, they only tell you when he is in the office. You cannot see test results, because there is no charting system. Dr will not call you with results, you have to call him, when he is in the office. And it is impossible to find what his hours are. When you ask for the results he gives general answers. Your blood work is fine. I can go on My chart and see every test and the data. I find his office practices unacceptable. And I am looking for a new MD. If you need a test, he gives you a piece of paper with the order.

He really listens to me! I’m glad he has a sense humor, that always help when you see a doctor for the first few times. I found him on Google, and all he had were excellent reviews, so I thought I’d give him a try. I’m glad I did! I see him next week, and am looking forward to it.

Dr Zajac is caring and thorough. Everything you'd want in a doctor. I'm also into taking the more natural prescribed medicine for my thyroid and he's been fine with allowing me to continue with that route (my labs support it's working fine). You will wait in the office a bit before your appointment if you don't schedule first thing in the morning. I personally think it's worth the wait to have someone that really cares about getting it right.

Dr Zajac is a great Doctor. when it comes to getting through to there office or getting a message to the Doctor needs much improvment! waitng for Doctor to compleate forms for insurance company for 2 weeks.

Dr Zajac has been my doctor for 15 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone.He comes into the room and listens to what your needs are as well as your feelings. Never had anyone do that before. He doesnt look at you and move on to the next patient like your not important. Everyone is equal. Im glad I met him threw a friend 15 years ago.
