After my stress test, his office called and said my results were normal. I questioned one value and they said he would get back to me. A few hours later CVS left a message that my blood thinner script was ready. No calls, no explanation, no consult.

The second time I saw Dr Shah, I really felt he did not respect my worry as a patient who experienced two suspected heart attacks within a year. He did not offer much help to find out why I had the tightness in my chest, just concluded it was extremely unlikely to be related to my heart, then joked I should avoid Chinese food. Bad experience with the doctor though the nurses were nice and the environment at the clinic was good.

Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Shah was not positive. He misdiagnosed a near-fatal condition that I had gone to see him about, sending me home and scheduling me for tests the following week. Fortunately, the next day my I saw my primary care physician who diagnosed the problem immediately and called an ambulance to take me straight to the hospital for a four day stay that saved my life. I would not recommend Dr. Shah to anyone.
