Sadly Disappointed
After seeing the positive reviews for Dr. Iboaya, I was very enthusiastic about having her as my PCP. Unfortunately, my experiences did not align with those of other reviewers. Staff were indeed very friendly. The doctor was not unpleasant, but almost all my appointments seemed very rushed, and I had to scramble to pose any questions I had. She seemed very unprepared for the appointments. For example, she asked me to come for a follow up, and at that appointment she didn't seem to know why I was there and forgot to go over the information that was the reason for the follow up until I prompted her for it as she was leaving the exam room. I am not a medical professional, so I felt that I had no choice but to trust her assessments, but from my perspective, her diagnoses seemed questionable. They did not seem to actually align with the symptoms, and they appeared to be an explanation intended to pacify me rather than to actually move toward an understanding and solution to my problems.

Dr. Iboaya is one of Findlays many finest doctors. She treats you with the utmost respect and understanding. She is extremely companionate when it comes to a patients healthcare needs and always strives to give her patients a happy outcome and a solution to their needs. Thank you Dr. Iboaya for being the kind person and wonderful Dr. that you are. You are very much appreciated and am thankful to have you as my Dr.

She was my doctor in Lima, OH when she moved her practice to Findlay I followed her I don't think 45 minutes is too long of a drive for quality healthcare!
