Dr. Ivan Pugh Jr, DO

Not only did Dr. Pugh listen to me when I spoke he immediately scheduled a surgery that should have been done years ago by another doctor. He removed my gallbladder. He did an excellent job and even took the time to make sure I didn’t have any other ducts clogged. He’s excellent and i recommend him to everyone! Thank you Dr Pugh!

BEWARE: Darrell Ivan Pugh DO may have an inviting bedside manor, however is an inept Surgeon. In retrospect I learned the care I received from him was botched. In fact he performed a Nissen Fundoplication, Hiatal hernia surgery and 2 Incisional Hernia Mesh repairs in one surgery. I was later advised, by another group of surgeons that this type of surgery should have been performed in 3 different procedures. I have had 4 major surgeries in the last 10 months to repair my body, thanks to Ivan Pugh's handy work. While attending a family get together this weekend, I overheard 2 nurses discussing Dr Pugh's reputation at Salem Hospital & how he needs to be held accountable for the the poor quality of surgical procedures his patients have endured. . I joined the conversation & was advised that I am lucky to be alive. Please think twice before letting this man perform surgery on you.

This guy is a joke, damn near killed me, after him and his side kick Dr. Jonathan Pulido messed me all up, I had to go to Cleveland Clinic to get fixed right, they had to fix all their mistakes. Now I'm good as new.
