Dr. Lendvai is an old-school psychiatrist. He is up-to-date on his pharmacology, but lacks the creativity or inclination to go against strict textbook prescribing. His thick accent and demeanor make it difficult to work with him on devising a treatment plan, and it seems he would rather be the authority in the room, rather than a partner in treatment.

I had a 3:30 pm appointment made weeks ago at Stress Care of Manalapan NJ where he currently practices. I was not seen until 5:30 pm. Office staff knowing he was backed up never made calls to patients informing of delay or offer to reschedule. Gave lame excuses and acted unsympathetic to Psychiatric patients. Waiting room was erupting with complaints to no avail. Most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced in 60 years. AVOID Stress Care of Manalapan NJ at all costs.
