Dr. Ivan Arismendi Ortiz, MD

I do not usually write reviews, but I want to share my experience now. Dr. Arismendi took the time to get acquainted with my case and concerns, and to answer all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable, explaining possible options with their pros and cons. He is respectful, kind, and professional. I have never felt rushed when seeing him, but heard and well taken care for. I would definitely recommend him.

This doctor is not confident or empathetic. He looks everything up on the computer, argues instead of explains, writes long dissertations to justify his inexperience, does not conduct proper follow up, and blames his patients. A simple office visit will take an hour.

Excellent Doctor! Highly recommend!!! Dr. Ortiz has an excellent bedside manner, he is very attentive, a great listener, and goes far and beyond any other doctor I have seen in the past. He sees my husband and myself and is very thorough with us both. I used to work in a hospital, and I have seen good and bad doctors, and I can easily recognize the difference in my medical background. I love that you don't have to wait until your next appointment for the doctor to view your labs, etc. He does this as soon as he receives the results and immediately contacts you with any new recommendations, such as medications, etc. I have NEVER heard of or had a doctor do this before. This is just a small example of how thorough and caring he is. If you need a caring, compassionate doctor you are not reading this by accident.

I’ve seen him twice. He could care less about what you’re telling him and refuses to do a work up. He always just copied and pastes lengthy articles and makes excuses. He can’t even send prescriptions right. He’s nice- but non caring and not a good pcp
