Very please with my visit
I have had all the components of metabolic syndrome for a few years. Although I respect my PCP, I wanted a one time consult to review everything I was doing and to ask some questions. Dr. Jamal was incredibly thorough, understood my concerns, and provided great reassurance. She instilled confidence and was very friendly as well. I would give her 6 stars if available.

Both Dr. Jamal and the nurse who prepped me for the doctor were excellent. I felt well cared for. Dr. Jamal called me with results very quickly. Very appreciative. A great team there.

Most of my experiences have been good especially the past year. My only complaint is my other doctor's appointments are scheduled months ahead and I guess Covid had a lot to do with that.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Worst experience I have ever encoutered with a doctor or their support staff. Will not return calls, no follow up. Walked out of the room when I was speaking and attempting to have a conversation with her about my ttreatment. Does not understand how to communicate with a patient about their needs or their disease issues. The nursing staff will not answer or return calls. Ever! Cannot book in office or telehealth appt. becuase they do not repond to multiple calls over more than 1 months time of trying to reach them. Horrible Doctor. Horrible staff. Stay away!
