One star is far too many. I arrived for my appointment today as a new patient after waiting almost month. I was surprised to see that this Doctor must participate in some kind of prison work release program as that’s the only place I could imagine the (for lack of a better term) feral animal behind the counter. I mean for a minute I was like ok is this some kind of joke. Unfortunately no it wasn’t. I immediately wanted to talk to someone in charge. On second thought no I don’t!! Anyone who would knowingly put this person at the front desk to represent their company is not touching me! When I wished her well on her future customer service career I turned and all the other patients were elated. Like giving me ?? as I exited I asked

I had two colonoscopy appointments canceled because dr would not allow uber and I couldn’t get a ride. So I called humana and got an approved ride via logisticare. I called dr prasad’s office to confirm logisticare. Afew days later dr presad’s office called me to set up an appointment for September 9. I took my three bottles of that delicious magnesium citrate, took my edema and only drank water and broth. When my logisticare driver came i received a call from dr prasad’s office wanting to postpone the appointment. I said I took all the magnesium crap and hadn’t eaten I and a half days and you’re telling me my appointment has been postponed? She said postponement was for office visit, not colonoscopy. I already had office visit. I already received instructions and your telling me my appointment was for another office visit??? They refused to take responsibility for the error and I told my logisticare driver to leave. By the way, logisticare contracts with Lyft. ??Dr prasad is a sham.

Doctor and staff have been very good. I think is people should judge based in one experience but listen to your doctor and not tell the doctor what you want to listen.

He is the WORST!!! My father is back in the hospital thanks to this doctor's LACK of follow up. I called multiple times on behalf of my dad and he NEVER called back. I am not the only person with this type of complaint. Don't know how he manages to stay licensed.

My 83 yoa wheelchair bound dad had an appt on 4/8 at 3p. We went there but were told the dr had canceled. We were not told and others who arrived had alnot been told. We rescheduled for today at 315pm. They tried to reschedule yesterday (for today) for 2pm or 430pm. We had transportation already set up for 315 and could not change it this late. They then confirmed 315. We went there and there was no dr.We waited 1.5 hrs to find that out. The office mgr is incompetent! The dr does not care !!!!!!
