I have been taking my children here for many years and I have had no complaints. I love Dr. Rubin and his staff, I do not know what my family would do without them. Having a child on the spectrum is certainly difficult and even finding a doctor and a staff like his is hard to come by. I am so grateful

Many years ago this office had wonderful front desk staff and his private practice. They were professional and helpful with any needs. Now the office manager will not return calls or emails. You will not be able to speak to anyone live. They say they will return you call in 48hrs. They lie and lie. Don’t go here,it’s been a nightmare to get them to respond. Dr Rubin if you read these comments you need to replace the office manager. There is no excuse for such unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. She is not of any help and I’m sure this is not the first time this has happened to a patient/family.

Don't get stuck with this incompetent Dr. and his staff. Doesn't look like they worry about anything other than their money. I think Dr. Rubin should limit his practice to rich people only.

Dr. Rubin is phenomenal. He changed our lives. My husband is a physician and I am a nurse so we interact with a lot of physicians. My husband said you know you are in the presence of a great physician when with Dr. Rubin. I can't say enough about this man! We travel from Chattanooga to see him. Dr. and Mrs. Paul Hoffmann

Contrary to what another reviewer said, Dr. Rubin spent a significant amount of time with E and my child. He took the time to explain things carefully and answered all of my questions with enough helpful detail.

Terrible! He was a funny man, but spent no time with my child. He sent in his team one by one during our 4 hour visit and basically repeated everything we told them, as if he's been watching through a hidden camera.
