Would not recommend him .
Seen my husband in the hospital for consult since my husband doctor does not work out of henry ford. Dr turner has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever seen. And I have seen a lot. I work in the medical field. He should not be seeing patients , he should do research . And have no patient care.

Horrible!
Doesn’t listen to his patient and doesn’t have very good dr / patient communication. What ticked me off the most was when he told me to just go home and do yoga. Needless to say, I went to a new Neurologist. The receptionist is rude as well!

Not sure if I will return. Once you have an appointment (which may take a few months to get in), you are mailed a very detailed packet. This was filled out and given to the registration staff on the day of my appointment. I thought that I would be there 1-2 hours since the information said that. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and then charged one of the highest fees for an office visit. Did Dr Turner ever look at the completed packet with all of my health information??? And based on what I received from my insurance, that high fee office visit was for a 45 to 59 minute exam. That is false billing in my opinion. They need to be reported for this.

Would not recommend him to anyone. Treats patients like a symptom not a human being. He should be in research or some other area where he doesn’t come in contact with people.

I went to see Dr Turner after being diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. I was in a wheelchair, unable to walk, dress myself, or open my eyes. I was crying when he entered the room, and told him I had a lot of questions. I had never even heard of myasthenia gravis. He answered that since I was 7 minutes late, I only had 8 minutes left with him!!! He never took antibody tests on me. He kept me on drugs and IVIG even though I was in remission. New neurologist was shocked!

Dr. Isaac rushed me in and out and ignored my diagnosis of MS 3 years ago i could have been receiving treatment by now if he had just investigated it a little more instead of blowing it off like the MRI technician was just stupid. now i have a bigger problem and it didn't have to be so bad sigh

Do not see this dr! Only spent 2 min with me if you're lucky. His answer to every question is "I don't know".Says I want to see you in a month though no room on schedule so you have to wait 2 months. When you finally see him it's another $40 copay and over $100 insurance charge for a 2 min visit . Told me my blood level of a med when he never took my blood. Then asked ME what I wanted to do.Staff says he's busy man when I complained that he spent no time with me.

Initial appointment was okay, except he did all the talking and barely let me get a word in. Saw me for like 15 minutes and starts me on vitamins for my headaches. Second visit, I want injections for my neck and he said it wouldn't work for me and then recommends a book about headaches for me and says I should try alternative treatments. I'm supposed to pay for some guy giving me book advice?! Thanks for nothing doctor. I switched immediately. I recommend someone else if you actually want help
