Dr. Leventhal is truly one of the kindest, most considerate and knowledge specialists I have come across. Prior to seeing him, I was experiencing ongoing bladder issues lasting for over three months and I had seen six different physicians prior to seeing Dr.Leventhal and none were able to give me an articulate explanation and a course of treatment. Dr.Leventhal, however, was incredibly understanding and was able to give me a clear, articulate explanation for my bladder issues as well prescribed the proper medication to alleviate my symptoms. I am so grateful for him and his expertise. He is a wonderful physician with tremendous knowledge and all in all, a wonderful human being who is caring and considerate towards all his patients, and incredibly humble. God bless him. Would 100% recommended him for anyone seeking to see a urologist. I had travelled from Canada to see him and it was well worth it

Excellent, kind, knowlegable doctor. BUT front desk terrible (1 star). Never greet you. Keep you waiting while they discuss what to have for lunch-awful.

I had been going to Dr. Leventhal since 2007, in spite of his terrible office staff and the incredibly long wait times..often leading to rescheduling my appointments, but; I will never go back again after my last conversation. I was in the process of moving back to NYC from Charlotte, having issues after an adrenal tumor, and he was absurdly rude. There are other and better urologists than Dr. Leventhal, and I will be going to one.

Dr.Leventhal is a very knowledgeable and patient physician. He takes his time to clarify any and all questions. Dr.LEventhal has serviced both my son and i to great satisfaction.

Dr. Irwin Leventhal is the most inconsiderate doctor I've ever come across. He said he would do an operation on me that I regarded as crucial, and then never contacted me again. I called multiple times, until finally his secretary told me that he had to speak to another doctor of mine first. I did speak to that doctor, and he said the conversation already happened; he was confused as to why Dr. Leventhal would delay. I would never recommend Dr. Leventhal to anyone.
