Dr. Natapov is extremely knowledgeable, competent and compassionate physician attentive to your questions. She always takes time to ensure that all of my concerns are addressed. She demonstrates a genuine concern for your whole well being and explains reasons for treatment recommendations. Good support stuff, well organized, friendly and efficient office, run in a timely manner.

She is amazing doctor. When I called to make appointment , I just have in next day. The MA was very friendly . Doctor was very professional , she ask me a lot of question regarding my problem. She make a plan what we will do together to help me. That was my first appointment like this in my live. I am very happy to see that doctor.

She is dogmatic and authoritarian, rigid in her thinking, and more interested in "CYA" medicine than actually treating the person in front of her. She does not appear to listen and when later confronted she blames the miscommunication on the "language" problem.
