Three years ago, my mother went to the ER with severe abdominal paint. DX with acute appendicitis at 6:30 in the am. Dr. Kovatch was the doctor on call and was notified of the need for surgery. Long story short, she didn't show until 4 in the afternoon, my mother's appendix had perforated and this woman had the nerve to tell me we came to the hospital too late, and that she perforated because of it. My mother was in hospital for 2 1/2 weeks due to complications from the perforation.

Dr. Kovatch was great with my mother. Kind and compassionate. Surgery went smoothly and thanks to Dr. Kovatch my mother is on the road to recovery.

Would never recommend!!! She misdiagnosed my husband and wanted to take out his gallbladder when he really had a mild heart attack. Thank goodness the cardiologist came in after her at the hospital and saw what was going on!!!
