Scheduled an appointment, a month in advanced. A follow up for labs and an ultrasound. Dr. Delgado refused to see me because “she was too busy, she had too many patients, asked for me to seek the help of another provider in my area” (her own words). The staff felt bad for me and embarrassed. I felt neglected, confused and ignored. She is knowledgable, has many years of experience as a doctor. I am a professional myself in the medical field. Every patient experiences symptoms differently at their own level. I feel a provider should not overlook the needs of their patients. ARPN saved the day. She was very professional, empathetic and knowledgable. I will be seeking the help of different provider now even though I like to go where my records have been and keep the same doctors for as long as I can.

Super recommended very good doctor speaks clearly to you, but since I have read it very difficult to communicate with the office they do not answer and do not return the call, that is not right because we are people who have been patients of the doctor for years

Been with her now for over a year and I really like how open minded, knowledgeable and patient she is. I have done telehealth and in office. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Delgado is great but the staff in the office leave much to be desired.

I like Dr Delgado, saw her twice. But is impossible to reach and nobody answers the phone in the office. The patients needs to talk to the office sometimes, for appointments or to reach the dr. I have left message at the nurse station twice and still waiting. I don’t need this frustration!

She has been watching abnormal development and closely watching specific cell types that haven't developed into any malignancy but are A-Typical. She is following up every 6 months to see any changes in size or through needle biopsy if needed. To keep ahead of any developments which may occur, since there is a family history of Thyroid Cancer.
