Excellent care, caring and skilled
Dr Khan treated my awful swollen red eye and huge stye. His office worked me several times. His staff is simalarily helpful. I required medical and surgical care. I would strongly recommend this dedicated team of medical professionals!!!

Terrible doctor, terrible beside manner
Terrible beside manner, does not explain details of surgery, feels he is too superior to show common decency to patients. In addition he also has damaged my vision and has not followed up with me. The VA institute website is non existent.

The front office staff of Virginia Eye Institute were kind and welcoming however I would say otherwise with my experience with Dr. Khan. I work in healthcare and understand the busy and taxing schedule of a provider, however that does not excuse the quality of care provided to a patient. Instead of leaving this appointment hopeful, informed and understood, I left feeling direspected and dismissed. None of my concerns were addressed nor did I even have an opportunity to ask follow up questions pertinent to my plan of care. This is truly an example of bad practice and will not be scheduling any future appointments with Dr. Khan anytime soon. I do not leave reviews often and want to highlight that this is not a reflection of the practice as a whole. As said, the front staff were extremely welcoming and I am sure I would have better luck with an alternative provider in this practice.

Dr. Khan saw me almost immediately after being placed in an examination room. He reviewed my medical history and proceeded to confirm my diagnosis. He articulated my health issue and answered all of my questions very clearly. I'm aware of my health plan and I'm very happy with the service of care that I received from Dr. Khan. I would definitely recommend him.
