Terrible follow up
I left 5 messages, and have still not received a call back resulting in my being off my prescribed medication for 4 days! How unacceptable!!!

Took a wile To get a apt. But so happy that I did other places took a lot longer . No one in officer waiting room Staff was really nice. Have another apt in 2 months.. Over all very happy

DR.ZIDE HAS GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS SHE CALLS HER PATIENT TO FOLLOW UP THE NEXT DAY. HE FRONT STAFF IS PLEASANT OVER THE PHONE PERHAPS A TUDE AT TIMES BUT EXPECTED IN ANY OFFICE. SHE IS OVERALL A GREAT PHYSICAN.

Waited 3 months for an appointment. Received a call from her office to reschedule not with her but a nurse practitioner! Unprofessional bait and switch! I cancelled. By the way, gave one star rating because zero was not an option

Waited 3 months for an appt & 2 HOURS in the waiting room!!! front desk rude and not accommodating. One of the nurses was so crazy and when asking my med conditions she asked me do you get High? So extremely unprofessional!! And then also messed up my chart! Another nurse was very helpful and took over after. the doctor was nice- as a patient I asked all the ?s she didn't provide me with extra info which a doctor should. Never going back there.

Very difficult to get a call back regarding test results. Office staff can sometimes be abrupt. She is a pleasant woman but has to work on professional behavior regarding reaching out to patients.
