The Dr. at this location is wonderful but the office staff....not so much.... I had been a patient for approximately 8 months withno problems until.......an interaction with the office managerDayana..... She was working the front desk and completely ignored me while she handed me a clipboard for check in.....Not 1 word of acknowledgment. I know they are busy but this is unacceptable. During my visit, I mentioned this to a nurse andconveyed her unfriendliness and poor customer service.I had my Dr visit normally and received a followup appt date.When I got home, I received a message that my appt had beencancelled. I phoned the office to inquire and was told that I needed to speak to my WC adjuster. The Adjuster told methat I was banned from Agile medical office for sexual harassment. 8 months with no problems until pointing out Dayana's poor customer service so to make sure that I wasunwelcomed at their office, she made up FALSE accusations.Coincidence? I think NOT!

Great! Got right in, all questions answered.

Had a good visit, very interested in explaining things and follow up. Have had waits in the past, but this time, was in early, and were never hurried through. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful.

Do not go to this doctor if you value your health and want actual treatment! She works for the work. comp. (employers), not you! She will not give you the treatment a private doctor would because she wants to keep her contracts. She would not treat my injury, but give me a ton of narcotic pain meds. This caused me other health issues. I then found out I was not supposed to even be on those meds. and was given something that actually worked by another doctor. You will wait 3 hours or more for an appointment. Her staff are rude and unprofessional. One of the other doctors (PA?) There are other better doctors in the WC system, so don’t waste your time like I did!

She's a very incompetent doctor. I really wonder about her getting her license at Guadalajara, or her educational background, I'm not one to judge but my experience with her has been very, very unpredictable she's nice one time, then she's rude the next. and then when she finds out you have a lawyer representing you and you are going to another doctor she discharges you without no further evaluation despite what the MRI says, even if the MRI is more favorable to your injury. she contradicts it.

Was there over 3hrs and finally left after talking to the receptionist. She said she would call me. I had to call her. Also dr had my file for almost 2 months prior to appt. I can tell she never even looked at it. Then had to wait for mri result to be faxed. It was actually in the file she had from specialist.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS OFFICE~ TRIED TO GET A PAIN MEDICATION ON WORK COMP, CAN'T! ! I CAN ONLY GO TO ONE PHARMACY DUE TO THE CONTRACT. I HAVE EXPLAIN THIS TO THEM, BUT THEY STILL WILL NOT CHANGE IT. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET ANY HELP FROM THIS OFFICE! 12 DAYS LATER, I STILL HAVE NOTHING FOR THE CONSTANT PAIN.!! JUST DON'T GO!!!!

I will not recommend this office at all it took me 3 hours there and I only see the doctor 10 minutes while I was at the room to discuss my concern she said that she will be back she just need to check my xray but she never return to my room after 45 minutes I asked the assistant where is my doctor she said she is with the other patient can you wait another 20 to 30 minutes more. I don't have any choice but to wait but never see her face again all the assistant did was to book me for my next ap

Wait times of at least 1 hour are normal. And once you are brought to a room, expect at least another 30 minutes. I've spent 3 hours there several times, under severe pain, for a check up... which once seen, I was out in a couple minutes. It's all a numbers game to them. I had to go through this for over 2 years for worker's comp. Would NOT recommend going here unless you have to.
