I have been under the care of Dr.Jong for many years. She is a very responsible diligent physician. She takes good care of her patients and look out for giving them advice on how to care and improve their health. She is very attentive and listens to her patients.

Rude and arrogant
During my exam, I told Dr. Jong that I am also seeing a specialist at the same practice as hers. She told me that I "should go see someone else" and stop seeing that doctor because the doctor "is not very good." She then gave me the name of another doctor she wanted to refer me to. I was very surprised because I have been very satisfied with the other doctor and told her so. She seemed very annoyed and said "well fine then if YOU think you know what is best!" I thought the conversation was very inappropriate and it made me uncomfortable.

Been to see a couple of times. First time, doctor seemed nice. Second time, for follow up, a little arrogant attitude. I had some question about my bloodwork tests and what they meant and she said she didn't have time to talk and I should call her office the next day instead. Time I spent with with her was just a few minutes actually. I never had such a short doctor appointment.

Dr. Jong is a wonderful physician. She's knowledgeable and extremely caring. When my husband and I visit with her, we trust her insight and assessment of the issue!!! We absolutely love her and appreciate her care!!! We highly recommend Dr. Jong!!!

My husband is her patient. He has a serious medical issue and she asked to review a notebook that he keeps of all kinds of data he keeps from his myeloma specialist. She took notes and called the next day so we could pick it up! We were blown away. She is as kind as she is smart.
