Dr singer works more for the insurance company than the patients diagnosed me with a bad shoulder when turns out I have three bulging discs.

His care and thoughtfulness are outstanding. He has been my surgeon in 1989 and again in 2013, with visits for minor issues in between, and I highly recommend him. He explains everything in detail, I have the highest confidence in him, and I have recommended him to others.
