Dr. Ion Alexie, MD

This doctor is very rude and condescending. He saw me at hospital for chronic uti infection that I’ve had for over 2 years. He doesn’t believe that I’m still infected even when I’ve provided my own outside testing I’ve shown him that clearly shows I have 2 different bacteria’s (e coli & e. Facealis). Er doctor admitted me, another doctor on floor I was on clearly saw improvement on the IV antibiotics I was on but this all went against what Dr Alexis believed so he came into my room, told me “ if you become antibiotic resistant and the die, don’t blame me” those were his exact words. He then had nurses discontinue my antibiotics, called the other doctor and then had me discharged. When clearly I still needed antibiotics and pain control. He then heard that I had filed a complaint against him so he did this all in retaliation. Very rude and unprofessional. Stay as far away as possible from him!

Saw dr. Alexie in hospital. He diagnosed my infection in 2 min, put me on proper antibiotic therapy and I get better in a matter of days!

Many thanks to Dr Ion Alexie for the recent video call, on the subject of Covid19 . His expertise and invaluable advises will save a lot of lives. He is a good doctor who works hard to serve humanity and handle with care his patients, and always deserve appreciation. He proved to be a hands on problem solver in this times of great danger. Any hospital, or clinic, should be proud of having him on the staff members. Doctors are the boon directly sent from God for us. Salute to the heroic job you do. Hats off to you!

I was yet again in the hospital for my Colon, and I saw a number of doctors during my stay. Dr Alexie was one of them and I have to say I was impressed with him each day he came to see me. He spoke to me as if I was part of his family, he explained things to me, asked if I had questions...he talked in language I could understand not the medical I don't have a clue about...Dr Alexie took the time and was never in a rush, we talked about life, family, everyday stuff...I had to stop and remember I

I was admitted to Summerlin Hosp in Nov 2016 with a very rare pneumonia.Dr Alexi saved my life and I will forever be grateful for his knowledge and expertise.

My father Alvin Steinzor was admitted to Summerlin Hospital on 11-25-2016 on his 86th birthday, today is 12-4-2016, 8 days later, I have requested a phone call from Dr.Alexie who is his appointed Dr.for infectious Disease every day since the day he has been admitted. He has been in ICU with very serious issues... TO DATE: STILL NO PHONE CALL!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
