Called to ask some questions prior to scheduling a consult, and am so glad that I did! Spoke to Gina, who was disrespectful, rude, and plain unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager, and she is the manager! God help them. This woman is awful, terribly spoken, and not the least bit helpful. A shame as I work at one of the local hospitals (I'm an RN) and I did not expect this at all. I am compelled to share this with my associates. Truly a shame as Dr. Bina is so sweet!

She is a caring competent physician. I would not hesitate to return to her, or refer a family member to her.

Dr. Bina's office was able to get me an appointment quickly and her bedside manner made me feel at ease in an uncomfortable situation. I highly recommend her! She explained everything to me in terms I could understand as well.

Last year I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and I got charged a $50 fee. Last week I got there on time and waited 50 minutes for my appointment. So I should be getting $50! And on top of that I emailed this doctor on 9/14 and got an email 3 days later saying dr. Bina was reviewing it but now here we are, 11 days later with no response. Obviously this doctor takes her patients health lightly. Money greedy office.

Doctor is great. Ran behind and nurse apologized for it and was wonderful. Front desk rude and condescending. She explained the paperwork incorrectly and then said I did not understand. Said only no show fee would charge and paperwork says they can charge me up to $800 if due. When I pointed this out she just said O.K. and asked if I was going to give her the card. Texting while I was doing my forms in front of her. Just plain rude!

The staff was very helpful to me - making several attempts with Walmart to initiate my prep solution prescription, etc. At the time of the colonoscopy, just prior to sedation, Dr. Bina talked with me, explained the procedure and answered my questions. She and her assistants made me feel comfortable and allayed my apprehension with their cheerful, calm and reassuring conduct.

The Dr. is fine, but her staff is lacking. Fasted for lab work 3 days in a row. Lab orders were not sent until I called the office twice. Waited now for 21 days for a procedure that "my insurance needs to approve." Called my insurance and they have not received a request. Hmmmm.

Dr Bina is a thoughtful and serious physician. I am, unfortunately, in and out of doctors' offices quite a bit over the last few years, and this ranks as one of the most positive experiences I have had...not only with Dr Bina, but with her office staff as well.
