Dr. Inna Krasnyansky, MD

My Mom was admitted to Hillcrest, and Dr. Krasnyansky was the first doctor to examine her. She was rather rude, didn't introduce herself, didn't listen and to add injury to insult, left her shift without putting the meds orders in for my Mom! The next doctor was a great one and took good care of my Mom.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Krasnyansky' office. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided treatment that yielded positive results.

If I could use a negative rating, I would rate this Doctor with a negative score. Miserable experience; what a disgrace for Cleveland Clinic's "patient first" moto Doctor Krasnyansy totally disregarded the patient's condition and immediate healthcare needs. As a result of the Doctor's unprofessional conduct and neglect of the high-risk elderly patient's condition, the patient was abruptly discharged from the hospital without completion of treatment. There was no follow-up urine test after the initial diagnosis of UTI. The patient was suddenly discharged without any notice, without an appropriate transition plan, without ensuring a sufficient level of care, and without ensuring a safe environment. Technically, the patient was thrown out of the hospital (this was the third readmission within the last three weeks) without any advance notice or communication with the family.

Dr. Krasnyansky is thorough. Her bed manors are direct and not sugar coated. If you want the truth, she's the kind of doctor you want

Consulted in hospital, did not listen to concerns and/or history. She had an opinion and that was it! She was called in to consult on heart issues after surgery

She was coordinating doctor for my father stay in the hospital. She never was availbe and did practically nothing to coordinate his care

She's very thorough and detailed. She gets to the point. I was pleased

Lady in office is rude I would never go their again

This doctor saw me after I was admitted to Hillcrest hospital for chest pain and extremely high blood pressure. She barked at me, refused to answer the simplest of questions and was dismissive to my family. I followed up once and she was just as dismissive as she had been in the hospital. Didn't let me ask questions or tell her how the medicine she put me on was adversely affecting me. She has the worst bedside manner of anyone I have ever come across in my entire life.
