She has zero bedside manner.
She is quite rude and incorrect. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had hysterectomy a month ago. She was also wrong. She said a female doesn’t produce testosterone once their ovaries are removed that is incorrect. The adrenal gland also produces testosterone. She was quick and said there’s no need to take bloodwork because once you have a hysterectomy, you have nothing. Even though she knew I was taking estrogen. She still didn’t want to take my blood. but prescribed hormones anyway.

The first time I saw Dr. Zilberstein was also my last. While she answered every question I asked, she refused to examine me. I have never been to a doctor, that did not examine me when I had concerns, why else would I make an appointment? I have HPV, so I guess she did not want to touch me. I don't know. All I do know is I felt horrible after her leaving her office. The first thing I did was call my insurance company to file a complaint, and also request that I not be charged for the visit.

Dr Zilberstein's office was very comfortable and clean. The stuff was efficient, setting up the appointment, sending reminders, and relaying the results. Dr Zilberstein is highly professional and compassionate doctor. I have had an opportunity not only to see a specialist, but also to discuss questions related to my general health and well being and get recommendations on treatment plan for my several health issues. Thank you!

She is terrific. Great bedside manner. Dr Zilberstein really listens and takes in my fears and questions on the simplest exams. I feel comfortable asking her anything pertaining to my health. She has referred me to other doctors, and all has been thorough and calming. My partner now sees her as well. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a professional thorough gynecologist. She inherited me from Dr. Tracy Fein, and has kindly taken me under her wing. I couldn't be happier.

Caring and very responsible doctor. I have been a patient for many years, she delivered my son and treated several serious issues. I always feel that I am in good hands. She incorporates integrative medicine approach in her practice which not many doctors do.

She is the best doctor. Kind patient and knows her stuff. She has been helping me for the last 8months through something very difficult and she has been nothing but diligent.she is readily available and she calls you back without you going to her office to be charged a copay. Love her

This is a rude and dirty looking doctor who has no respect for the patient's time. She kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours and never apologized and then tried to bum rush me. Another patient was having a fight with her over this lateness issue stating that she could wait no longer because of another appointment and Dr. Zilberstein was cold and uncaring towards her as was her staff. This doctor needs to literally clean up her act for she has a terrible bedside manner. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Zilberstein is a brilliant physician. She asks deep, thoughtful questions and finds solutions. Example: Several years ago my blood pressure was averaging over 140/90. Through her prescribing natural (non-prescription) medications I was able to lower and keep my blood pressure at 110/70. The physician who recommended Dr. Zilberstein said she has an incredible mind. He was a right. I am beyond grateful that Dr Zilberstein was recommended to me. I have been a patient for 8 years.
