Careless
I didn't even meet her in person, the first time she didn't cancel my daughter's appointment and it turned out that she was on vacation after 40 minutes of waiting for her. This 2nd and last time we waited 30 in the waiting room and another 30 min inside her work room and she never showed up, we decided to leave and never come back.

Both my children see her regularly. She fantastic and I completely disagree that she isn't clear. She has gone above and beyond for everything relating to my kids since they were infants. She is so nurturing to new moms and really takes her time.

Talks while taking vitals and then says lungs sound perfectly clear. She's enthusiastic and clearly loves what she does, I just wish we could have more of a calm conversation. The energy feels like we are rushed, and luckily I Google everything otherwise I wouldn't know what to expect next or when to schedule the next appt.
