Excellent
Dr Sarkaria was extremely knowledgeable. We had met with multiple doctors before him, and he knew what the other specialists knew plus a lot more. He took the time to give us guidance and options and address questions and concerns that arose. My mother’s lung cancer surgery went exactly as he explained it would, and he was always reasonably accessible when we had questions afterwards. I would highly recommend him.

Is now at UTSW Dallas, Tx
They gave him title head of Thoracic surgery. One of his underlings Dr Waters did a surgery that I am having complications with 3 months ongoing. Dr Sarkaria would not set up proper scanning to look into what is causing after surgery pain. He wanted to meet with the surgeon that did the job 3 months ago first, then meet me without any imaging. Because the surgery didn't go well & aftercare is worse, I had to make the decision to move on to another hospital ER

Dr. Sarkaria saved my dad. Excellent surgical care. Recommend for esophageal cancer surgery.
