Unhelpful.
Telehealth
Don't bother. When I had technical difficulties for telehealth (not my fault), she called, but didn't even try to do the visit over the phone. Worthless. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This Dr is terrible. Very rude. Didn't really listen. Wasn't helpful at all. Stay away. After the visit I wasn't sure if this was an actual legitimate Dr. I wish I had done my research beforehand. Televisit through Livehealth.

Horrible listener
This woman asks questions with a horribly flat affect in a yes/no format and doesn’t care to hear about any symptoms. She also immediately stood to downright disbelieve my long time bipolar diagnosis .. ma’am … why would I lie ? Lots head shaking and visibly dissatisfied looks towards me… so unprofessional, I wish I was imagining this LOL. I have been bipolar my entire life and she insisted on minimizing my symptoms and telling me that it was mental anxiety and not bipolar disorder when I hardly even mentioned her anything at all about what I was going through. She was so awful to talk to I didn’t feel like I could trust her as it takes a lot out of me emotionally to surrender to some new stranger and admit that I have all of these stigmatized symptoms. This woman is very foreign.. I think she’s Turkish and she is extremely foreign in her mannerisms, no warmth or friendliness - cold and very short. Inept of basic care and empathy.
