Great Doctor
Dr. Youssef was very professional and seemed eager to help. She was very helpful with all of my concerns and answered every question that I had without hesitation. She got me in fast when everybody else wanted me to wait 4+ months for an appointment. I am very pleased with her.

Worst Neuro in South Jersey
Both the doctor and the front desk person are rude and disrespectful. They are not looking out for the patient at all and are not forthcoming with sharing medical records with a patient even after they request it. Do not go to this office. The only reason they are taking new patients is because the care is terrible so they don’t have as many patients as APG neurology. But trust me wait and see another neuro.

Youssef did NOT, NOT, NOT pay attention to the reason I WENT THERE FOR HELP ! She kept talking and asking about what I went to another doctor for---which has NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING to do with the reason I went to her!!!!She did NOT listen to me at all! She DID NOT CARE to help me at all!!! The visit was a total waste of my time to go.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE ......This doctor, woman doctor is totally unprofessional. She had made my sister feel worse about herself for the second time. You don't come into the room, without bedside manner and make a person feel horrible about themselves. Plus screaming at the patient, telling them, that they are crazy and look horrible. What doctor does this?? After my sister left, she felt like extremely worse and depressed, crying nonstop on the way home....If you really want to feel better

I felt like I left a 3 ring circus after attending this office recently. First patient of the day, means wait for two hours for the dr to even show up. In the meantime while twiddling thumbs for hours in limbo, Mr. Secretary runs back and forth in and out of the waiting room you are stationed in to see the dr-and rambles annoyingly to "ease your wait." At 2hour mark, queen dr comes in, without even a hello, flips through papers stating " I don't have time." Really? Is this real life??

This doctor was so rude and unprofessional! Not only to my daughter (patient) and I, but to my autistic son. She could not prevent herself from staring in disgust at him. The language barrier was an issue and when I asked a simple question, she turned to my daughter and questioned my intelligence. We visited this neurologist for a post concussion follow up, and she barely addressed it. Don't even get me started on the secretary who can "kindly" keep his mouth shut. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I fell so sorry for the dr. she is very nice and understandable person. because the secretary will losing patients. he is very ordinary & disrespectful, wants to make decisions for the Dr. also treat the persons like they belong to first grade, kick off patients without Dr. authorization in this matter live them out of treatment. I'm switch Dr. because the secretary told me bad words by Telephone. If this person having a bad day....don't get against to the patient we have enough with our health.
