Rigid and neglectful
I have been seeing Dr. Rosenberg every six months for 2 years, and she's never been quite clear why she had me return. However, I have been taught to trust doctors. I was recently late to an appointment, no fault of my own as a MRI took longer than expected (and I advocated for them to call her office and they told me "Oh, don't worry--she'll understand.) She refused to see me for my appointment (17 minutes late, but I've waited an hour for an hour for her), and I was waiting to review test results. They wanted to reschedule my appointment, but I was not able to take more time off of work. I requested for Dr. Rosenberg to call me to review the test results. She refused. She had another provider in the office call me with the results. How unprofessional. She ordered the test, so explain the results. And here's the best part--the results were positive news, so she was withholding good news, not bad. I will never recommend anyone see her. Poor personality, rigid, and downright neglectful.

She's a capable internist, but her bedside manner is absolutely horrible. She's rude, abrupt and condescending. I saw her twice because she was available when I needed someone, but I wouldn't recommend her as primary care.
