Made me feel at ease
Wow what a great experience. I had put off going to see an ENT for a long time because I felt ashamed that my ear canal was so itchy and I was always told that it was a character flaw to scratch there. She assured me that she could help. She explained that the skin when it becomes dry and flakey starts to itch. The solution was ear drops. When I went to see her I was very stressed. Afterward I felt relieved. Her demeanor calmed me down a great deal. Definitely would recommend.
