Dr. Popa is wonderful. If you are looking for a great doctor who always takes the time to listen, you have found her. Professional, caring and kind.

Dr. Popa is an excellent and caring doctor. I have been her patient for 6 years. It is true that she is often running very late, so it is best to book an early morning appointment if you can. She runs late because she takes time with her patients, which is a good thing when you are the one who needs care.

Dr. Popa has been my doctor for the past five years and I still continue to appreciate her time and efforts. She is thorough, caring and dedicated to her profession. She takes her time, addresses any issues you may have and gives you plenty of opportunity to ask questions. In addition, Dr. Popa does a great job of responding to inquiries and returning phone calls. Dr. Popa’s bedside manner is impressive, as well. Upon being discharged from the hospital, she called to see how I was doing. I was surprised, but very appreciative, especially since most doctors have their nurse call. The office staff are always very nice, friendly and courteous. They are prompt and the wait time is minimal. The combined efforts of Dr. Popa and the office staff makes the office environment and visit pleasant.

Dr. Popa has a terrible bedside manner. On top of that, the "FollowMyHealth" confidential access to you records shows that they totally scam the coding system to mark as many "problems" as possible. I had 20 different "problems" -- many of which were in answers to "have you had any headaches recently" -- who hasn't? Yes, I have had a "headache" before ... I now have a diagnosis of "headache." Same thing about diarrhea, dyspnea on exertion (in response to questions regarding my exercise level, I said that I don't do enough exercising and am "amazed to get winded after a flight of stairs at the mall ha ha") Apparently giving a joke at this type of inquiry resulted in me getting a diagnosis in my permanent record of "adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety" -- what?!? -- I have follow up appointment, but I've been able to see the lab results and frankly, while writing this review -- I have decided to cancel that follow up and just find another doctor!

Dr. Popa is never on time. You will wait 1-2 hours in her lobby before being called back. She is still taking patients and doesn't have time for the ones she already has.

Love Dr. Popa. Very nice, you know she cares just by how much one on one time she will spend with you. You will not feel rushed in any way, she is very thorough. The office staff will not keep you waiting long and they are also very nice and extremely friendly.
