She has been my doctor for over 20years. Lately she has dropped the ball. Never response to emails. I feel she really doesn't care. I'm your customer and your here to help me. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone unless you want to be ignored.

Dr Ogihara is cold, irresponsible, and totally uncaring. She is arrogant and disdainful! Dr Ogihara is not kind, and has no empathy for my father. These are NOT characters of a physician who takes a serious oath to care for her sick patients. It’s incredible that she is getting well paid from her work and continues her medicine practice for 25 years! My 79 yo father almost lost his life. She does not CARE! We tried to reach her but she ignored our messages. My dad just wanted a fair health care! We do pay for healthcare. Dr Ogihara does not deserve even one star from me. Dr Ogihara gets a zero star!

She is cold, dishonest and totally uncaring. She dismissed abnormal blood tests and rarely wrote referrals when I needed them. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Ogihara was assigned to be my 96 yr. old mom's primary care physician earlier this year. My mom had been a patient with the Kaiser medical group for decades. In early 2018, my mom who had shown signs of dementia, fell at home, thereby fracturing her hip. To their credit, Kaiser performed hip surgery, which turned out to be successful. After the rehabilitation phase, an initial appt. was set up with Dr. Ogihara. I can only describe the doctor's demeanor as cold, dismissive, and uncaring.

I don't require a doctor very often but when I do, I need their attention. I asked for her help while I was going through a rough patch and was ignored possibly because I disagreed with her. I find this to be irresponsible and negligent.
