Dr. Ikenna Osuorji, MD

Dr Ike is fine, but the office is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. They actually have a sign up saying "expect to wait 30-90 minutes past your appointment time", and it's true, we waited a solid hour. There's no apology for this either, the attitude is that the sign excuses it. Yet they'll charge YOU $30 if you cancel with less than 3 days notice. And this is only one example of the poor attitude in this office. If you can go elsewhere for your care, do so.

I've been seeing Dr. IKE for almost 10 years. My experience has been fantastic. Dr. Ike is up to date with my particular cancer, which is huge since treatment options are rapidly changing all the time. He may not be warm and fuzzy but he is my Dr. not my pal. He does have a good sense of humor however. I did see another Dr. In Albuquerque for 1 year and found Dr. IKE far more thorough and better educated. He's been an excellent Doctor for me and my situation which has meant years of Remission and continued care.

Doesn't care about patients. Will not see me will not renew my script will not give me a referral to get another Dr. What am I supposed to do without my cancer medication ?

I was referred to Dr Ikkena Osuorji in 1997 due to an issue with my breast. After 8 months he noticed some c hanges and immediately I was sent to have a biopsy, unfortunately I was diagnosed with early stage of breast cancer. I and my husband had many questions about my condition, Dr. Ikkena answered and addressed all of our concerns, my treatment options and side effects of the medications. Dr Ikkena is very knowledgeable and well prepared doctor. All I can say is just excellent things about Cancer Blood Clinic Medicine, from the front desk (Lidia) to the nurses (Gwen), to billing Dep.(Andrew/Juanita)and the back desk (Angie) and for sure more personnel that I don't know, everybody has always helped me during this process which I'm still in and will continue to be in for at least 18 months. I can only talk about my experience and my journey. ALL of these people have one way or another help me every time during this hard process all can I say is THANK YOU.

Dr. Ike is the most unprofessional, unsympathetic to your situation, would rather blame you then consult you type of provider I’ve ever had to deal with. If I could give him zero stars I would! If your considering treatment from this provider I’d strongly recommend you seek better care somewhere else.

Started my moms treatment for lymphoma then stopped it half way through it. Now she sits and waits . It’s not right if the insurance is covering it already. Please alway fight for you medical rights for your love ones.

Previous lab draw by my nephrologist showed IgG4 level of 1300+. Dr. Ike used lab tests and kidney biopsy to confirm IgG4 Related Disease, a rare disorder. He assisted me in procuring complimentary Rituximab from Genentech for two effective infusions.
