The doctor was rude and not concerned for my well-being at all. He seemed to have very poor communication skills and grew defensive over any question I asked.

They appointment was made with ease. Upon arrival I was informed by the receptionist the doctor was running behind. I appreciated this. The wait was only 30 minutes. The entire staff was attentive, professional, warm and caring.

Very inconsiderate dr. No compassion. He couldn't care less if you're in pain or not. Didn't explain my care to me, asked inappropriate questions in front of children (he could've asked another way!), ran unnecessary testing & had me pee in a cup twice because they didn't do all the tests the first time, but then didn't do a culture which is what I needed to have done to see what bacteria was present & then he prescribed a drug that he didn't know for sure if my infection was susceptible to.

They never follow through with what they are supposed to do. No one remembers you. On the fourth visit they are still asking if they have your medical records. My husband had to go days without his diabetes and nerve medication because no-one would call it in to the pharmacy, even with us calling daily. Find another doctor!
