Dr. Igor Huzicka, MD

My husband and my eldest daughter have been patients with Dr huzicka since he began to offer concierge. Dr Huzicka is the most knowledgable, honest, candid, transparent medical professional with the expertise we expect/demand when paying for high quality medical care. He is uncompromisingly forthright. My daughter has anxiety and depression stemming from trauma but he is incredible concerned for her well-being, she is incredibly grateful. My husband's family history is predisposed to heart attack/stroke and although he is candid, my husband appreciates Dr Huzicka's tactful but concerned recommendations and diagnosis. If you prefer for your pyhsician to overprescribe medication, sugar-coat or provide less than real diagnosis or a doctor who tells you what you want to hear then your best bet is to go with someone else, this professional only wants whats best for you!

Dr. Huzicka and his staff have provided outstanding advice over the 7+ years that I have been working with him. I never feel rushed when I am at my appointments. And now that Dr. Huzicka has implemented Concierge Care services, it is very easy to schedule a visit (even on short-notice).

He is thorough in his work and truly cares for his patients, going above and beyond in patient care and treatment.

I am an internal medicine physician, and I chose and stuck with Dr. Huzicka. He is almost immediately available, always professional, quick-witted and good-natured, and makes treatment plans that take my non-medical concerns into account. I trust Dr. Huzicka.

Dr. H has turned out to be what I was looking for in a doctor. I retired from San Diego 3 1/2 yrs ago. I had not established a primary doctor in Colo. Started with Dr. H in July 2017 and I had two visits with him since, He is excellent; spends time listening and engaging me into my health planning. If there are test results, he is careful to include me in the review, explaining how these relate to my health and what actions should be taken to improve my well-being. I highly recommend him.

Goodness, Dr. Huzicka seems to think highly of himself. Now he is concierge only. Honestly I would probably stick around but his nurse is snotty who has an attitude problem. Good Luck Dr. H.

Nice guy, was able to diagnose and treat properly. I am not fond of his staff, his nursing asst is rude and opinionated. Will not be returning.

Fantastic doctor!

I went in for several visits with the same complaint and unaware I was having a MS relapse and the PA wanted me to see a therapist instead. I ended up in the hospital for a week with a stroke and a relapse. I then received a letter they no longer would treat me and to find another physician which I did. I asked if I could have the labs so the current doctor could compare them, they refused. I am guessing it all came from the PA not Dr. H. She is killing his practice.

In this day in age it is rare to find a doctor that is willing to spend the time needed to help the patient establish a path to health and wellness. Dr. Huzicka is one of the few doctors that will commit his time to you. He has a genuine interest in your condition and his experience allows him to develop a specific tailored treatment plan. If you are looking for a physician that you would like to partner with I would highly recommend Dr. Huzicka.

Extremely unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Huzicka had been our primary care for several years. Then he decided to go to a concierge model where you have to pay lots of money to get his services. The communication from his office was terrible, and when I tried to call for an appointment, the phones rang and rang and I had to leave a message. When I went to the office, there was a sign on the door that said out sick. He called the next day and said we couldn't get in for 2 weeks. We got a certified letter saying we were dropped

Always listens rather than assuming. Treats me with respect that I have some knowledge of what is wrong or of my illness. He seems very learned about alot of various health issues.
