Do you have a whole day to wait?
Waited over an hour to be called back by the MA who then spent 30 min or more asking me questions that I could have completed on a form before my visit. Then she left, came back and asked more questions. I looked at my watch, saw that I was coming up on 2 hrs. Asked how much longer to see the dr and was told about an hour. I explained that I could not stay there all day and that if I couldn't be seen in 15 min, I would have to leave. She had me go out to the waiting room that was full. After 5 or 10 minutes, she called me back and I was put into a room. Some time after, the doctor came and put me in another room and said she would be right back. After 40 minutes, I left the room, saw the MA and let her know that I was leaving. The drive to the appt was over an hour, so by the time I left and returned to work, I lost 5 hours of the work day. She might be a great doctor, but I will never know. Not going back.

I have been treated by Dr. Egbuonu for about 7 years now and have had exceptional care. Dr. E and her staff have always gone out of their way to explain lab and radiology results, diagnosis' and treatments for my Type 2 Diabetes and Hyperthyroidism. In the past I had experienced wait times but since adding PA/NP's that has been reduced. The front desk and CMA's have always been helpful and courteous!

Very caring, thorough doctor
We did not have to wait more than 30 minutes, which is pretty good for doctors in our area. She was very kind and extremely thorough. I am shocked that anyone gave her a bad review.

While Dr. Igbuono is quite knowledgeable, I have waited 2.5 hours when I had an appointment just to see her PA. My time is as valuable as hers, and the office is very poorly managed. They are also very bad at returning calls. The Dr. called me at 9:00am to tell me she had patients waiting but would call me after clinic with crucial lab results. She never called. The level of professionalism in that office is deplorable, and I would not recommend her at all, in fact, I may file a formal complaint with the AMA.
