I am so proud to have Dr. Dawson as my Cardiologist. He is a man of integrity who believes in listening to his patients as we describe our illness in details. He communicates clearly and effectively in person and via internet transforming information. It is obvious that a lot of time is spent on training his staff about the importance of putting the customer first. The management team demonstrates a customer-first culture. The staff will try as much as possible to honor ones scheduleing request. I am a satisfied customer.

Dr Dawson is wonderful. His staff so professional. I had forgotten to make my appointment for the new year they sent me a reminder. It’s good to go to a Dr. Office and feel comfortable. As well as Friendly and inviting. Thanks to the young lady that did my EKG. Who made feel at home and the front office staff.
