Dr. Ian Herskowitz, MD

I very much like the clean office. The front staff is nice! I get very nervous with giving blood and the staff have been kind and caring. Dr. Herskowitz listens well and informs me on how I need to loose weight. Gave me great tips plus set me up with a nutritionist. He cares but it is up to me to get this under control. It means a lot to have professional doctor who also care! Thank you for this great group of people!!!

Dr Herskowitz is thorough and professional. Office staff and medical assistants are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to ensure labs, prescriptions and insurances are correct and processed asap. Communication with the office is fast and easy. Calls or inquiries are generally returned next business day. Appointment waiting room times have never been extensive. The office location in Evans Ga is conveniently located. Overall, a good experience with this provider.

He is by far the best doctor ever. He treated me with respect and understood what I was saying. He ordered blood work up and I was able to get it done right at his office . This was yesterday and this am I received a phone call from his office telling me what to increase on meds etc. It’s so hard to find a doc that actually listens to people. His staff also are so sweet and caring. Even though his office is over an hour from me I will continue to go to him . Instead of having me come in to discuss the lab results they called me over the phone. Other docs in the past will always have me come in to get results. This showed me he is not out to have us make numerous appts for things. He could very well of had me come back in and charged my insurance company another office call but he didn’t. That proves to me he cares more about the people then making money on office visits . I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. They are all amazing .

He listens to you and answers all of your questions. And listens when you call back with a question. He is very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a endocrinologist.

I would not recommend this doctor. I had to cancel several appointments due to my father dying, my car breaking down, and sick children. Because of these canceled appointments I was told I was being "dismissed from the practice" after two years of being under Dr. Herskowitz' care. I don't sense that he is truly concerned with the health of his patients. He comes in and goes out from his appointments with patients barely speaking a word. There's a total lack of communication.

The staff and Dr. Herskowitz are the best I have ever experienced. Every medical office should use them as the gold standard for professionalism and servant-leadership.
