I had breast cancer about 12 years ago (when I lived in another state). I see Dr Grady twice per year as follow up to my cancer and radiation. I feel confident that I am well cared for by him. Feel sure that care is take.n to assure cancer has not returned.

Unnecessary Test not Covered by Insurance
The staff was nice enough but after the mammogram, they sent me to a room for ultrasound even though I didn't have any indication that I needed it. When I asked why I was getting that, the technician said that the doctor wants it done on the first visit for reference. Well, it's not covered by insurance and I've got a bill over $250 for a service I didn't need or want. I asked the office to cancel or at least reduce their fee. They said they'd call back, but I had to call them, so I asked to speak with the doctor about it, and they said they'd have him call me. Nope. Crickets. I'll never go back.

Super nice and very professional.
I went in for a biopsy. I was very nervous at first but the staff were extremely sweet and supportive. Dr. Grady made me feel like we've known each other. He was very professional. The office is very clean and the wait wasn't long at all for a first timer. I would definitely recommend him.

Waited over 35 minutes just in the lobby. Greeted by an uncaring and unfriendly staff person, & very unprofessional behavior behind the “lobby glass”. It’s already unnerving to have a mammogram and waiting again to see how your results turn out. Finally I’m called back into a room that is cold, loud and super uncomfortable... then I was introduced to a lab tech that increased the uncertainty and uncomfortable level to extreme! Followed by more waiting, an unnecessary ultrasound, and more waiting

I have been seeing Dr. Grady since 2012 following a mastectomy by another doctor. I have always found him to be very compassionate and professional. Recently I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Dr. Grady has gone above and beyond to communicate with my Oncology team. He is truly a wonderful person! I highly recommend him and his staff!

I saw Dr. Grady in the Fall of 2014 due to finding a lump on my right breast that appeared to be cancer. Dr. Grady agreed to perform an ultrasound, rather than a mammogram, which I wished to avoid, due to radiation. He agreed the lump was suspicious and immediately performed a biopsy. The lump did turn out to be cancer. Fortunately, for me, the cancer was deemed non-aggressive. The only thing I did not like was the referral to Dr. Mendez for plastic surgery.

My doctor sent me to Dr. Grady because I had dense breasts on mammogram. Dr. Grady explained that dense breasts makes breast cancer hard to find on a mammogram. He recommended ultrasound. This showed a small cancer. I had a lumpectomy and radiation. I didn't have chemotherapy because my cancer was small. My cancer was not found on mammogram. Dr. Grady and his staff were very kind and got me through a difficult time. Dr. Grady saved my life.

Went to NV Breast Clinic in Jan 2013 for a routine mammogram. I tend to have dense, fibrous breast tissue. The mammo lead to an ultrasound which lead to the need for a biopsy. I told them that the same gray areas are always there but they were alarmists and did the scare tactic. I should not have consented to the biopsy. He must have nicked a small vein during the procedure and the side of my beast turned black, blue and green. Follow up was difficult, office staff & Dr were dismissive.
