Heartbreaking
I called in tears that I need to treat a depression, and receptionist told me to calm down and have me appointment in 3 weeks from today. Really?

I have been with Dr Cho since January 2012. Lisa the nurse has always been 100% and I was very happy when she came back after moving away. Dr Cho used to make me feel listened to but now I feel like he just types in what my visit was for and doesn't listen to what I'm actually saying. I have often gotten a bit of an eye roll or a sigh because he had to actually interact with me. Many times I have had to follow up because a medication wasn't sent in or a referral wasn't made. Sam is difficult to understand and makes so many mistakes. All of a sudden, he started sending our bills to our daughter's house. When we asked about it, we were just given a change form with no explanation of why it happened. He still hasn't fixed it and 2 months later it happened again. He even keeps billing my old insurance from over a year ago and gets defensive when I tell him. I'm on the verge of leaving.

Dr. Cho & Staff are extremely well qualified/educated, caring & considerate. They always listen to my specifics needs and follow through with RX, referrals, etc... They have been my PCP for 5 years.

Dr. Cho is a great DR, very well run office with friendly helpful staff He has been my Dr for over 15 years and I am always impressed with the time he takes to help me understand in layman terms
