Dr.Junn is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent physician who does not have the bedside manner and incapable of doing simple physician's tasks such as sending prescriptions or ordering image tests. I have been her patient over a year and every time I visited her, she always sped things up and did not leave me any time to ask any questions and I always felt wondered and unanswered about my well-being. Also I had a back pain for over a month and wanted to ask if I can get an MRI. She did not provide insurance enough documentation multiple times and I had to go to her office multiple times and eventually when I went to MRI center, her order paper and MRI order approved by the insurance did not match so I could not get my MRI done. After that I visited her office again, she complained that because of me, her office staff had to work extra load but in reality, if she had ordered the MRI proprerly, no-one would have had worked extra unnecessarily, furthermore, I, as her patient did not

Dr. Junn truly cares for her patients. She quickly noticed a change in my parents when they became ill and helped them get better. She and her staff work long hours and spent extra time when it was needed.

Absolutely terrible. My mother went in for blood test, then a few days later was given a call that her results were normal. Despite the results coming out normal, my mother was told she would have to come in physically for another appointment to be prescribed medicine. So she did that and was charged money to pick up the prescription. That's fine. But the issue was, the doctor had stated that it would have to be a prescription that would be behind the counter, however, it was literally just vitamins sold over the counter. The doctor could have just told my mother over the phone, rather than having her come in to pick up the prescriptions and charge her hundreds of dollars. The prescriptions weren't even actually prescriptions. And she wrote the vitamins down in technical terms so that there was no way my mother would know that they were simply just vitamins you could get at any drug store. They are money oriented.

It was my first time with her. I needed an early morning appointment and even though they don't take new patients in the morning, they accommodated. However, when I actually went into the office, Dr. Junn sped through the whole examination and blew off any concerns I had. She also forgot to send in my prescription to the pharmacy. Called in to complain, sounded like they didn't even care.
