Dr Al has been my family’s Internist for about 20 years. I have Ankloosing Spondylitis and other problems. Dr. Al is very focused and knowledgeable even with the most difficult Problems I have had over the years. Also Dr. Al is my Primary Doctor. I would highly recommend him.

After confirming appointment 3 days in advance show up, pay Co pay, get taken back to see Dr. then to be told don’t have an appointment? Wasted hour and took off work. Incompetent front desk staff so don’t waste your time. Rude and have no clue how to simply schedule an appointment or at least attempt to accommodate someone after their own mistake!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Al-Khadour since 2000. He has treated me, my husband and my children. I look to him as a trusted adviser and partner in my health care. He is a competent, caring, and connected doctor. He is more personable than many other medical professional. He is a good communicator and strong advocate for my condition.

Not a doctor, a drug dealer who cares little for his patient’s well beings. He continues to write prescriptions for an addict. A shoddy medical practice and a poor excuse for a medical professional. Should be stripped of his license.

Leave after hours voicemail up during business hours. Schedule you for a new patient appointment but turn you away for no apparent reason once you arrive with no clear explanation except that they “didn’t finish processing you”. Aren’t considerate enough to even call you to tell you that beforehand. Don’t apologize and don’t try to make things right even when asked for office manager or to speak to nurse practitioner or dr and be told you will get a phone call back but don’t. Avoid!!!

Received an appointment reminder, with address and link to Google maps. Slight concern that the lady setting up the appointment didn't seem too knowledgeable about the set-up process for our insurance, though they were assigned to us. Arrived at an empty office being renovated so called - oh we moved. Then on the way to the new office, got a call - we don't take medicare! So address changed since email yesterday??? And insurance no longer carried since I set up the appointment 3 days ago???
